Business Loans

A business loan is a loan that is designed to assist new and existing business owners and entrepreneurs.

One of the major challenges for small businesses and startup businesses is cashflow. A business loan can help with leases, expansion, upgrades, IT infrastructure or unforeseen costs and opportunities.

There are two types of business loans: secured and unsecured. A secured loan is one that requires collateral to support the loan. As with any secured loan, this places the asset at risk if repayments are not made.

An unsecured loan requires no collateral but attracts higher interest rates and repayments.
